Cancellations:
Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellation of services. Last minute cancellations make it difficult to fill the appointment and take away time slots that someone else could have booked. A cancellation fee or a deposit to book your next appointment may be charged.
Punctuality:
Plan to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment so we can discuss your skin/waxing needs for the day and allow for your appointment to start on time. I understand things happen and I will do my best to accommodate the appointment with the time we have. If you are a new client, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork and allow time for a consultation. Late arrivals may result in cancellation or a shortened service If time allows.
Cell phones:
Kindly silence your cell phone. Esthetics by Jackie is a place to come to for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation for you and the guests of Massage by Oriana.
Gift certificates:
Gift certificates are available for purchase in office or online. Gift certificates are redeemable by the bearer for merchandise or services at Esthetics by Jackie. Gift certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, not for use for gratuity and no cash back. Any remaining balance may be used for future purchases.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notification. Gift certificates and prices listed on this website do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be added at time of service.
Children:
Please do not bring children with you to your appointment.
Gratuity:
Gratuities are at your discretion and only accepted in the form of cash or Venmo.
